ABOUT DR. KNOX

Dr. Knox grew up in Hockessin, DE and attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a fellowship in Nonsurgical Sports Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn Medicine). During his Sports Medicine training, Dr. Knox served as an assistant team physician for University of Delaware football, baseball, and lacrosse and served as the team physician for Interboro High School. He also worked with the Philadelphia Union soccer team. Dr. Knox specializes in non-operative orthopedics and regenerative medicine. He focuses on ultrasound-guided procedures, orthobiologic therapies such as PRP, MFAT, and evidence-based treatments of musculoskeletal injuries in active adults and athletes. Dr. Knox is passionate about helping patients return to their sport and/or active lifestyle safely and efficiently through minimally invasive interventions. Dr. Knox enjoys running, hiking, cooking, and making espresso.
