Do You Accept Insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurances. The initial consultation is typically covered (if we are in-network with your insurance). Some treatment options are covered, however, regenerative medicine treatments (such as PRP, Cell Therapy, Shockwave and Prolotherapy) are not covered by insurance and are considered self-pay. We also accept HSA/FSA, and offer financing through CareCredit.
