About Carolina Nonsurgical Orthopedics
Carolina Nonsurgical Orthopedics (formerly known as Wake Nonsurgical Orthopedics) was founded by Dr. Matthew Kanaan -- Duke-trained, nonsurgical orthopedic specialist. Dr. Kanaan's mission is to bring the latest cutting-edge nonsurgical orthopedic treatments to the Raleigh, NC area - including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Orthobiologics. With a rapidly growing demand for Dr. Kanaan's services, he decided to rebrand the practice with the goal to expand to future locations and reach more patients.
